What is mail forwarding?
Mail forwding is when mail sent to a specified address is forwrded to another mail addess. For example if you want mail sent to salesperson@yourdotcom. But you use an e-mail address like mybusiness@hotmail.com. use Our system will accept mail addressed to salesperson@yourdotcom and send it to mybusiness@hotmail.com. This allows you to use multiple addresses but receive all mail in one box, or direct mail to any of your employees mail accounts.

Depending on your account you can have from 5 to 20 e-mail forwarding accounts. If you are paying $19.95/mo you have 20 available where the $7.95 basic option only allows 5. If you see only 5 forms, simply fill them in and click submit. Then 5 more will appear. You should have 5 more than you are using each time you access the page.

What is the "DEFAULT MAIL"?
The default mail wil receive all mail to your domain that is not addressed to one of the names you have assigned. If you leave this field blank any mail not addressed to the names in your list will be returned to the sender with a message if you have provided one in the message field.

Why don't you have pop accounts?
Our research has shown that most people that will use our system already have accounts that they will use. The system is designed to be offered at the lowest cost possible. Using the mail forwarding will fit 99% of our market. If you need a pop box you should look into one of our custom solutions.
