Purchasing and Refund Policy

Since we offer 30 Days FREE trial and no money is collected until the trial is over there should be little need to refund sales unless you cancel with credit on the system. Your first payment will be 30 days after you first sign up. The fee will be the cost of 1 month of the system you have chosen (from $7.95 to $19.95).

Should you need a refund for any reason contact us through our support form and allow 48 hours for us to review your complaint. We are happy to refund 100% of your purchase if you are not satisfied, or the product is in some way defective or not working or if you have been mistakenly billed or charged for services.

We do ask that if you are unhappy with the system please cancel immediately rather than waiting 6 months and asking for a refund. We cannot refund more than 3 months unless we can determine that the product was defective for that period of time.

You can cancel the service any time just by clicking the "CANCEL" button in your administrative control panel. If you cancel you your website will be unavailable immediately and you will not be charged for further use. Any recurring billing will be stopped.

Any paid days remaining will be forfeited to the end of the month. If you have paid several months in advance we will be happy to refund any remaining full months in the same manner you used to pay. (ie paypal, check or credit card)

If you cancel due to your disappointment in the bumblebee works system we will be happy to refund the entire $7.95 (or other amount) to you.
